service outage

We would like to report that at 12:00 pm to 5:45 pm there was a service outage due to a piggy backed network line that was removed… on accident on purpose lol. This has now been temporarily fixed but as always we are looking for funding to help expand our services. As soon as we can we will have a permanent solution in place we just need $$.
Programmers update

From the Programmers; First we would like to let everyone know that we are working fast and hard and are making progress. What we are working on this week:
- Website
- Authentication on phones
- Outlines
The Website: Or the Webiste, whatever you like is currently up but only temporary. We are saving our money for a new design. It will cost $70 and we will have it done in the next couple of months. This site now is a theme from WordPress that was free to download and use. It works for now, it does it’s purpose. One day we will have a good website. One that will present our company and information, and allow for sign up and account access.
Authentication on phones: This is a delicate process of trial and error. We could spend thousands of hours working on a solution just to hit a dead end and turn around and do it another way. The costs are extreme, we could really use support financially in this endeavor. Please call Tyler for more information about how you can help. Whatever we end up with may not be what we will have in a year or two. We want the most secure and private recording that is accessible. Sounds like a paradox, well it is. Security is a balance between accessibility, usability and protection. What we have discussed for the best security was to provide a public system accessible by anyone and then authenticate by username and password. This is what we are working on right now.
Outlines: Well anything that isn’t documented, company info, projects, bugs, ideas and suggestions. Anything that can be outlined will be. Of course with the help of others.
From the programmers: Please have patience as we update and work on the servers. We currently do not have beta servers to develop on first then roll live with production. Hence why we call this alpha testing. Let us know if you find any problems or if there are any features you would like to see. We will try to speak English to you when we discuss technical things. But more than anything please use and take advantage of this system. We are developing this for a reason.
News UpdaTe

Over the last several days we have had a few people alpha testing our services. We seem to be getting good feedback but we need more te4sters. Please call us, please sign up, please please please. The server has been reset a few times over the past few days as well as over the next few days. We will try not to reset the servers if you are recording at the time. We cannot guarantee that this will work perfectly so if you do get disconnected, wait 5 minutes then try again. This will give the server plenty of time to restart.
Feature Requests

any and any and any idea and more. We are open to ideas, of course we probably have already had them first but we need a list to work towards. We have priority issues and bugs we work on first but then when we have time a request may get done. We would love to hear from you and what you would like.

ok, let me be the first to say this is full of bugs. Lets play a game, the person who can find the most bugs gets… ok maybe nothing but a hug, but lets work together and get rid of bugs and have a nice useful program we all can enjoy using. Please lets us know when something doesn’t work right! PLEASE!!
What we’re about?

It’s all about fun, and hard work. Like a train impact! You can’t hide from history and history is losing ground. We save history by recording it. You record it! Right now we are alpha testing our service. It’s buggy, crashes, drops calls, forgets who you are and doesn’t listen to me. LOL, one day this will work, one day we will charge for it, one day… it will all be recorded.
